Realtime Trials was founded by Kimberly A. Farkas, a nationally respected Certified Stenographic Court Reporter with more than 40 years of experience in the court reporting profession. Her reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and reliability has made her a trusted resource for attorneys, law firms, and courts across the United States.
Kim is a licensed court reporter in both Nevada and California and holds multiple professional credentials, including:
• RPR – Registered Professional Reporter
• CRR – Certified Realtime Reporter
• NV CCR 741 – Nevada Certified Court Reporter
• CA CSR 13284 – California Certified Shorthand Reporter
Her realtime certification through the National Court Reporters Association reflects her commitment to the highest standards in realtime transcription, deposition reporting, and trial record accuracy.

Kim served for several years as the Official Court Reporter to the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II, where she was responsible for creating the official record in both civil and criminal court proceedings.
